Requirements

As an independent HCT Agent, you will offer to pickup and ship boxes (Air and Sea Balikbayan boxes, small parcels, commercial goods) within your local Filipino community.  Such boxes/packages should then be shipped to one of HCT warehouses for eventual delivery to the recipient.

While HCT will provide most marketing materials, you will be responsible for handing out such materials and doing business development of your own territories and account.

A possible % sharing of compensation base on your account and growth services.

Filling 1099 forms

Horizon Cargo and Trade looking for Agents Qualities of character: 

  • Quality CUSTOMER SERVICE and Positive mentality
  • Excellent COMMUNICATIONS and follow up skills
  • Highly MOTIVATED, SELF-STARTER with an ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT
  • PC/tablet/smart phone skills to provide quotes and take orders
  • Ability to pickup packages from customer (This includes being able to drive own vehicle, having ability to load boxes up to 80 Kg (or 176 lbs.), and sending boxes to a HCT warehouse).
  • In-depth understanding of Filipino culture and local involvement in the Filipino community.
